Meet Our Founder
Founder & Investor
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Jeremy founded Snowbird Property Group after recognizing both the immense opportunity and the complex challenges that international investors face in the U.S. property market. Beginning his own USA journey in 2018, Jeremy invested across multiple states and built high-performing teams, experiencing firsthand how difficult it is for non-citizens to navigate a system designed primarily for U.S. citizens.

Along the way, he discovered a critical gap: most real estate consultants and firms focus exclusively on strategies designed for U.S. citizens. While effective domestically, these models often fall short for foreign investors, failing to account for the legal, financial, tax, and logistical hurdles non-citizens must navigate. In short, they simply don’t translate across borders.
